Winter Warming Beverages For Better Health!
Tis the season for hot soups, stews and even beverages and if you’re the type who
loves a great mug of tea, coffee or hot cocoa this time of year, then you may like these
beverages.
The Beverages:
Hot beverages made with matcha, apple cider and tea. What’s so special about
these beverages? Well, in addition to matcha, apple cider and tea, these beverages
also contain something extra.
That something extra:
Bone Broth.
That’s right, popular for about 10 years now, bone broth can benefit your health
in three ways and they are:
* Improve Your Sleep-
Are you reluctant to take a doctor-prescribed med?
Don’t, try some bone broth about 30 to 60 minutes before hitting the hay
and see if it makes a difference. Credit goes to the broth’s rich stores of glycine,
a nutrient that boosts the production of relaxing theta waves, which help people
sleep 54% more soundly within 48 hours of the first sip.
* Speed Up Weight Loss-
As we move into another year, this (weight loss) is probably the biggest resolution
for most people, and if you’re looking for a natural weight loss aid, there’s
nothing better than bone broth.
It (B.B.) is loaded with 3 nutrients, (collagen, calcium and glycine)
and they speed fat burn, increase detoxification and promote the creation of
of lean muscle. Bone broth is so powerful, people who have a mug (or two)
a day, lost 50% more weight than those who skipped it.
* Joint Pain-
Yes, there are pain pills, but for those who want something natural-there’s
bone broth. If you or a loved one is dealing with chronic pain having some
bone broth each day can slash your risk of joint stiffness by 40% and improve
mobility by 35%. Give credit to the collagen, which helps build cartilage, ligaments
and tendons that aid movement, plus it helps to cushion joints.
* Look Years Younger-
Another concern for men and women as they get older: Aging skin.
The big question is “do I go under the knife” or “look for natural
methods?” Well, if the cost and side effects of cosmetic surgery frighten you,
try bone broth. Again, the collagen in it improves skin moisture, elasticity and
hydration. Plus, it reduces wrinkles and the roughness of your skin.
So, now that you’re aware of some of the benefits you can get from
bone broth, it’s time to learn how to incorporate it with other ingredients
for a delightful, tasty and health-enhancing warm beverage.
