Three Tasty Appetizers For The New Year’s Eve Party!
If you were gifted with an Air-fryer this Christmas or plan on buying one cheap
after Christmas, you may want some ideas as to what to cook.
Well, if you’re having a New Year’s eve party and want some tips on
delicious appetizers that’ll wow the crowd, you’re in luck.
Listed below, are 3 appetizers that are guaranteed to satisfy any crowd.
The 3 Appetizers…
a) Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp!
Serve these with a little lemon juice and garlic aioli and watch how quickly
they disappear.
To make:
Cut 8 slices of thick-cut bacon into thirds; wrap each around 24 peeled tail-on
shrimp. Secure with toothpicks. In batches, lay shrimp in a single layer in the basket;
air-fry at 390*F for 10 mins. Remove toothpicks, enough for 4 servings.
Need 8 or more servings?
Double the bacon and shrimp.
b) Buffalo Cauliflower!
If weight loss is your resolution for the new year, you’d be wise to start with these
meatless and low-calorie treats.
To make:
Mix 1/2 cup of each flour and water and 1 tsp. of garlic salt; fold in 4 cups of
cauliflower florets. In batches, lay the florets in a single layer in the basket;
air-fry at 400*F for 10 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl; add 1/2 cup of
Buffalo (or wing) sauce. Toss until coated; air-fry for 7 mins. Serves 4.
c) Fried Ravioli!
Don’t let the title frighten you: fried ravioli. Remember, they’ll be cooked in
an air-fryer, so the calorie count will be much lower than if they were cooked on
top of the stove in a vat of oil.
To make: Add 1 cup of Italian-style breadcrumbs, 2 eggs (beaten) and 1/2 cup
of flour to 3 separate bowls. Dip 1 (9oz.) package of ravioli in the flour, then the
eggs, then the breadcrumbs. In batches, lay the ravioli in a single layer in the
basket; air-fry at 350*F for 8 mins. per batch, flipping halfway through.
Enough for 4 servings.
