onto the cabbage if you don’t use it all.
There’s no need to waste a perfectly 1/2 head of cabbage.

Recipe No.1-
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls-
You may remember this dish from your childhood, but today’s
stuffed cabbage recipe uses a can of soup to boost the flavor.
To make:
Preheat oven to 350* F.
Boil 8 cabbage leaves for 5 mins; drain. Combine 1 lb. of ground
beef, 1 cup of cooked rice, 1/4 cup of diced onion, 1 egg and 1/2 tsp.
of salt. Dividing evenly, spoon filling onto the cabbage leaves; roll up.
Place the leaves in a baking dish; pour 1 can of tomato soup on top.
Bake for 25 to 30 mins. Sprinkle on mozzarella or grated cheese (the last
3 minutes of baking. (optional)
Enough for 4 servings.

Recipe No. 2-
Cabbage Pancakes!
Only think pancakes should be a Saturday or Sunday breakfast choice?
Think again, serve these pancakes for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
To make:
Whisk together 1/2 cup of flour, 1/3 cup of water, 1 Tbs. of soy sauce
and 1 egg. Fold in 3 cups of shredded cabbage and 2 sliced scallions;
shape into 8 patties. In a skillet, heat 1/4 cup of oil over medium heat.
In batches, cook, flipping once, 4 to 5 mins.
Enough for 4 servings.

Recipe No. 3-
Bacon-Braised Cabbage-
If you love bacon, then you’ll really love this combo of the fatty
protein and cabbage.
To make:
Slice half a head of cabbage. In a skillet, heat 2 tsp. of butter and
1/4 cup of sliced and diced bacon over medium-heat; cook, and stir
until the bacon is crispy-3 to 4 mins. Add the cabbage and 1/4 tsp. of
salt; cook until browned. Add 1/2 cup of chicken or vegetable broth:
simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Enough for 4 servings.
