Are you trying to cut down on using sugar, salt and eggs?
Well, what are you using in their place?
Not sure, that’s okay, just look below for some tasty substitutes.

a) Salt-
Cutting down on salt because of health reasons?
Use nutritional yeast in its place. Yes, it’s a cheese, but it gives you
that salty taste without the salt or fat. Nutritional yeast is rich in
vitamins that help boost your immune levels.
Stir it into soups, over popcorn, stir-fries, oven-baked fries or use as
a creamy, dairy-free take on Mac & Cheese.

b) Sugar-
Cut down on or avoid using (sugar) entirely and use a few dates instead.
The dried fruit has a sticky consistency with concentrated sweetness
and is packed with a number of antioxidants.
To use: Puree 1 cup of dates with 1/2 cup of boiling water for every 1 cup
of sugar. Look for the dates that don’t have pits.

c) Eggs-
For whatever reason you’re not using eggs but still want to continue to
bake cookies, brownies, or bread use flax meal as a substitute.
To use: For each egg you won’t be using, soak 2 Tbs. of ground flaxseeds
in 5 Tbs. of water until a paste forms; fold into your baked good and
continue making the recipe.

That’s it- 3 suitable alternatives to sugar, salt and eggs.
