Thanksgiving leftovers for thicker looking locks (tresses).

Are you noticing less hair on the top or sides of your head?
Or are you finding more of it (your hair) on your pillow or in the shower?
Well, you may want to try one of the products being offered by your drugstore
or doctor or you can go the “natural” route, and by natural we mean food.

That’s right, there are a number of foods that are rumored to benefit your locks,
the foods: egg yolks, red meat, (hamburger, lamb, steak and bison), fish-
(salmon and sardines), turkey, ham and lentils.
Lentils?
Yes, and if you’re a vegetarian or a meat eater, you can start adding lentils to
your daily meals a few times a week to start reaping the hair growing benefits.

Why lentils?
Lentils like red meat, egg yolks, and lamb are high in protein and also
incredibly rich in biotin, Iron, folic acid and zinc–all of which provide amazing
benefits to your hair, plus lentils restore red blood cells and these (cells) supply
your scalp with oxygen that’s needed for growth.

So, now that you’re aware of the benefits you can get from a bowl of lentils,
it’s time to give you a recipe using lentils and leftover turkey.

The recipe:
