2 Star Anise
Coconut milk 1/4 cup
1 cinnamon stick
Sugar or dark honey (optional)

To make-
Boil 6 cups water; add the tea bags and spices
and gently boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat;
let steep 20 minutes. Strain; stir in coconut milk,
then chill. (for an hour or up to three hours)
Serve tea over Ice, adding sugar or honey
to taste.
