Best Weight Loss Supplements of 2022!

Yes, we’re all about finding natural solutions, (food, exercise and stress reducing techniques,
meditation) to combat your health woes, but sometimes we may need a supplement to also
help.
The following supplements can aid you in your quest to lose weight and keep that weight off.
Also important: Make sure to talk to your health-care provider before adding any type of
supplement to your daily regimen.
The Supplements:
a) Unable to Feel Full-
If you feel like a bottomless pit when it comes to eating, you may need Glucomannan.
It’s the extract of a root vegetable called Konjac and it absorbs water and swelling up
like a sponge in the digestive tract and helping you feel full within 30 mins.
Look for Glucomannan (in low-sugar gummy bears) at health-food stores,
online at Amazon.com or Whole Foods.
Recommended dose: 500 to 750 mg. per day and make sure to take it with a glass
of water.

b) Stress Eating-
Many of us fit into this category especially now that Co-Vid-19 has been on the scene,
and if you can’t stop stress eating, try the amino acid known as 5-HTP. It was featured
on Dr. Oz’ s show about a decade ago, and many people swear by its effectiveness.
It works by revving your brain’s production of craving-crushing serotonin, helping you
effortlessly knock off about 700 to 1,000 calories from your daily diet.
Recommended dose: 150-mg per day.

c) Losing and Gaining-
Also known as “yo-yo” dieting, if you lose 10 or 20 pounds only to regain 30 or 40,
then you must take Garcinia Cambogia. It’s a citrus fruit extract that prods the liver
to burn fat for energy-and keeps recently emptied fat cells from filling back up.
Recommended dose: 500 mg. per day can speed weight loss by 20% and prevent
rebound weight gain.

d) Late Night Snacking-
This can also go under “stress eating” because many of us aren’t hungry, it’s just that
we trained our brains to want something at 10:00 pm or later. If this describes you,
look for Rhodiola Rosea. This extract not only quells cravings, it also eases the
after-dark mental fatigue that triggers you to reach for those cookies, bag of potato
chips or that cold lasagne late into the evening hours.
Recommended dose: Take between 250 and 500 mg. per day.

e) Tame That Blood Sugar-
Maintaining blood sugar levels helps you avoid diabetes, but it can also make dieting
a little easier. How so? Your liver quickly converts excess glucose into body fat. And to
combat this, take Olive Leaf extract. This extract will signal your muscle cells to burn
blood sugar for fuel, helping you lose about 2 to 5 pounds a month, without making any
other drastic dietary changes.
Recommended dose: 1,000 mg. per day.

f) Carb Cravings-
This happens to millions of people especially during the winter, why? Shorter days, a lot of
time spent indoors, less sunlight and giving ourselves permission to eat all of the holiday
goodies. To get your carb cravings under control, look for something called White bean extract.
Take it before a meal and cut carb absorption by 60%, and it will double your weight loss
if bread, rice and pasta are still on your daily menus.
Recommended Dose: 500 mg. per day.

g) A.C.V.-
It (apple cider vinegar) has been part of the American dieting scene for about half a century,
and if you’re not too keen on drinking it, and want something that makes you satisfied with
less food, lowers blood sugar and reduces insulin levels, look for apple cider vinegar extract.
Recommended dose: 250 to 300 mg. per day.

That’s it, and as we mentioned in the first statement, we’re all about finding “natural solutions”
and supplements are a close second, so if we find some food (or exercise) remedies to
help you lose (and keep off) that winter weight, we’ll certainly bring them to you.
