Yes pork, which is used for pulled pork sandwiches and if you plan on
buying a pork roast or pork tenderloin, give yourself another pat on the back,
why?

bonus item: it’s a recipe for Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin!
The glaze from this pork dish really makes it (the pork) amazing.
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp. of dried sage
1/2 tsp. of dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. of garlic powder
8 to 10 oz. of pork tenderloin
2 Tbs. of maple syrup
1 tsp. of balsamic vinegar
To make:
Heat oven to 400*F. In a small bowl, mix sage, marjoram, garlic
powder, 1/4 tsp. of black pepper and 1/4 tsp. of salt; rub all over
pork. Coat ovenproof skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium
high heat. Add pork: cook, 5 to 7 mins. or until browned on all sides,
turning occasionally.
Transfer skillet to oven. Roast 8 to 10 mins. or until meat thermometer
inserted into thickest part registers 145*F. Let rest 10 mins. before slicing.
In bowl, whisky syrup and vinegar; drizzle over pork before serving.
That’s it, a quick and simple pork recipe for this Sunday’s Superbowl or
any Sunday after that.
