Ingredients:
2 cups of baby or regular spinach
1 cup of chopped pineapple
1 frozen banana
2 Tbs. of chia seeds
To make: In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup of Ice if you prefer a colder smoothie.
Pour into 2 glasses. Calories per serving- 165

Green Smoothie No. 3-
The Triple A Smoothie!
Apples, an avocado and some arugula
Ingredients:
2 Apples, Gala, green or delicious (cored and chopped)
2 cups of baby (or regular) arugula
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 avocado, pitted and cut into cubes
1 Tbs. of top quality honey
To make:
In a blender, pour all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Divide between 2 large or 3 medium-sized glasses.
