Bone broth is filling and delicious and it’s a top anti-aging food and the reasons why are…
a) Plenty of Collagen-
Many people are buying collagen from their local drugstores, GNC or even online at Amazon.com,
but if you want to save your money and drink it instead make or buy bone broth.
Collagen keeps skin plump, tight and wrinkle-free. Bone broth is one of the most concentrated
dietary sources of collagen that go straight to your skin cells.
b) Hair-Care For Less-
If you suffer from thyroid issues then you’re hair is probably suffering as well, and drinking
bone broth will provide you with iodine. Iodine helps keep the thyroid gland healthy, which
shields hair from thinning, boosts your energy levels and keeps you from putting on weight.
Important tip: You may prefer chicken or beef bone broth, but if you really want to help
your thyroid, drink bone broth made with fish bones.
c) Improve Liver Health-
Bone broth contains glycine, an amino acid that helps your liver rid your body of damaging
toxins, strengthens cells, speeds wound healing and improves your sleep.
Plus, bone broth contains glycerine, which helps your body absorb minerals and vitamins
more effectively.
d) Reduce Joint Pain-
In addition to helping hair and skin, bone broth contains 2 vital amino acids, glucosamine
and chondroitin, and they reduce ever present joint pain and prevent future wear and tear.

soup in favor of bone broth?
Good for you, and if you’re ready to take the challenge, go even further and make your own,
how?

feet and put them in a crock pot, add several cups of water, turn it on high for an hour and then
reduce the heat to low and allow it to simmer for 8 to 12 hours. After that, strain, cool and store
the broth in the refrigerator for up to one week.
