It’s almost here.
What is it?
Bathing suit season and if you’re hesitant to show off your body because
of imperfections on your body, there’s help.

The help comes to you in the form of certain foods.
Not convinced?
Just continue reading and learn how milk, aspirin and coconut oil
can help give you incredibly smooth Summer skin.

a) Underarms-
You shaved your underarms, but now the itching and redness has started,
to shut down the redness and stinging, grab some oat milk.
It (oat milk) constricts blood vessels to reduce redness fast.
To do:
Soak a washcloth in chilled oat milk for a few minutes, wring out and
place under each arm for 5 minutes.

b) Ingrown Hair-
If the hair from your “bikini wax” ends up curling back into the skin,
get some aspirin. A paste made of crushed aspirin can help release the
trapped hairs.
Why aspirin? Aspirin contains salicylic acid which exfoliates to remove the
skin cells that get trapped in the follicles.
To do:
Mix 2 crushed aspirin tablets and 1 Tbs. of water into a paste and apply to
the bumps. Leave it alone for 10 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

c) Bikini Waxing-
If you use wax strips then you’re well aware that the strips can cause
burn-like rashes and that’s where coconut oil comes in.
It (the oil) contains anti-inflammatory properties that reduce pain, while
the fatty acids (in the oil) moisturizes.
To do:
Rub some top quality organic coconut oil on the area you had bikini waxed.

d) Shaving Nicks-
Just shaved your legs and now you have a nick (or two)? To stop the bleeding
and avoid a scar, head into the cabinet (or pantry) and get some sugar.
Sugar soaks up moisture that breeds bacteria, and encourages new tissue
growth to seal the wound.

e) Leg Dots-
Again, you shaved your legs and are now ready to show them off, but wait,
there are red splotches showing up. The red splotches are clogged pores
and aren’t something serious, so buy some aloe vera gel, or get an aloe
vera plant from your local supermarket and stop the “leg dots”
from showing up on your freshly shaved legs.
To do:
Pour aloe vera gel into an Ice cube tray and add 5 drops of tea tree oil
to each cube; freeze. And the next time you shave, reach for an Ice cube.
Also important: If you want to save money, look for an aloe vera leaf at your
regular supermarket (in the produce section).
To find out how to use (cut up, etc.) go online to Youtube.com
and type How to cut or use a fresh aloe vera leaf.
