Are you looking in the mirror and seeing more signs of aging?
You know, more laugh lines, dry skin, jowls, etc.?

Well, you may already know about the craze sweeping America that’ll
help you look and feel years younger.
The Craze: Intermittent Fasting.

That’s right, intermittent fasting, which is eating all of your meals
between say an 8-hour, 6-hour or even 4-hour window.
Using this fasting strategy triggers your body to burn fat for fuel.
This not only helps you shed pounds, it also boosts the production
of major cells in your body known as “Stem cells.”

Researchers say this strategy alone is enough to reverse stem cell decline
and help you shave 5, 10 or even more years off your actual age.
And this is key because when stem cells production and activation is
robust, your body can heal cells, tissue and organs, helping you feel
healthy and youthful.

And lastly, to help the intermittent fasting work more effectively, there’s
one more thing you can do to ensure that you’ll look and feel years younger,
what is it? Sleep.
You’re well aware of the importance of getting between 6 1/2 and 8 hours
each night, but did you know that getting this amount also helps repair
cells and tissue, just like intermittent fasting.
And if you’re having trouble falling asleep, try the old Air Force trick,
while lying in bed, relax your muscles from head to toe. Then imagine
yourself lying in a canoe on a lake (or pond) while gazing up at the stars
or a blue sky and you should fall asleep in less than 3 minutes.

So, there you have 2 tricks to help you stave off the aging process
and hopefully live a few years longer.
