If you were on a diet about 25 years ago, it may have been
the “blood-type” diet.
It was called “Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type!” The diet was tailored to
your specific blood type.
Fast forward 25 years and the same doctor has studied how food
continues to interact with our genes to optimize weight and health.

So, if that low-carb diet isn’t working or you keep losing and gaining
on Keto, then it may be time to simply match your blood type with
the personalized food code, (listed below) that can really help you lose
the weight and keep it off.

The Personalized Food Code:
a) Type O Blood-
Carnivore!
The oldest blood type, which means you’re a hunter-gatherer that gains
energy when you consume a diet that’s rich in animal proteins and low in
gluten. (Think modified keto or Paleo).

b) Type A Blood-
Plant Powered!
Your ancestors evolved to live on farms and learned to thrive on cultivated
fruits, vegetables and complex carbs. (Think Semi-vegetarian).

c) Type B Blood-
Omnivore!
Your ancestors started migrating between different climates and terrain
and became masters of food flexibility, able to boost their metabolism
eating a variety of foods. (Think Balanced Macro Plans).

D) Type AB Blood-
Hybrid!
Unlike the other types, which are determined by taking the dominant
blood type from their parents, this rare and mysterious group borrows
certain traits from an intermingling of A and B types, so their food
choices are eclectic. (Think everything in moderation).

e) Figuring Out Your Blood Type-
Don’t know your blood type? Call your health-care provider to find out
or do your own test at home with a kit. To purchase the kit called
Eldoncard Blood Type Test, go online to Amazon.com. Price-$8.

So, now that you know a little about the different blood types and diet
you should follow. Here’s are some specific foods that best serve your
blood type.

f) Type O-
Omega-3 flaxseed oil and fish, red meat like beef and bison,
kale and broccoli, onions and fava beans and sea vegetables
like kelp and dulse.
Avoid: Wheat, corn, dairy, lentils, peanut oil, cauliflower and cabbage.

g) Type A-
Soy, snapper, sardines and peanuts for protein. Escarole, fava beans,
silver dollar mushrooms and prunes, lemons and blueberries.
Avoid: Hard to digest proteins like meat, shellfish, pork and high-fat
cheeses; vinegar, potatoes and beans (lima and kidney).

cottage cheese; plus whey. Broccoli, pineapple and grapes.
