Whether you’re a resident of Toledo Ohio or Hollywood California, you’re
more than likely trying to hold onto your youth.

That’s right, trying to look and feel 10 to 20 years younger is big business
today and if you’re spending a small fortune hoping to stay young, here’s
a dish that can help you in that quest.

The Dish:
Chicken Piccata!

Chicken is a top source of glutamine, an amino acid that’s needed by
the body to produce HGH and what is HGH, you ask?
It’s human growth hormone, that builds muscle, strengthens bones and increases
fat burning 150% all without stepping foot inside of a gym, and it’s vital if you’re
hoping to stay healthy well into your 80’s and 90’s. And although researchers
say that HGH decreases in our 50’s, this chicken dish can easily help you lift your
levels easily and naturally.

The Recipe for Chicken Piccata:
Ingredients:
2 tsp. of minced garlic
1 Tbs. of Olive oil
1/4 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of low-fat sour cream
1 Tbs. of capers
1 Tbs. of lemon juice
4 boneless chicken breast halves or thighs
2 tsp. of Italian or Greek seasoning

To make:
In a skillet, heat garlic and oil over medium heat; cook for 2 mins.
Add the broth. Let simmer until reduced to 1 Tbs. about 5 mins. Add
sour cream, capers and lemon juice. Let simmer for 3 mins. Season
with salt and pepper; reserve.
Coat the chicken with cooking spray, sprinkle with the seasoning.
In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the chicken, turning once,
8 mins. Let sit 5 mins. Serve with prepared sauce.
Enough for 4 servings.

Important tip:
If you tire of chicken and still want to increase your levels of HGH,
you’ll find the same benefits in eggs, beef, salmon and cheese.

Additional tips:
Here are 2 more non-food ways to increase your HGH levels.
Get more HGH from your bathroom and 10 minutes of movement.

First up, the bathroom.
The bathroom?
Yes, as in a warm bath.
Enjoying a warm bath is more than just a great way to get clean and
relax, it (the tub) has the power to increase growth hormone levels
by 350% in only 10 minutes of soaking. Plus, immersing yourself
in heated water stimulates thermoreceptors in the skin. These receptors
send signals to the brain region that produces compounds that enhance
HGH release. Another tip: when you do sit down in the tub, make sure
the water hits your chin. The more skin you cover with hot water, the
higher your HGH boost will be.

And secondly:
Move it or lose it.
As in your levels of HGH.
Indulge in 3 ten minutes sessions of exercise each day and you
can increase HGH levels by 80%.
Researchers say that by doing the ten minute sessions and not a
30 minute session lowers stress on the pituitary gland, improving its
ability to put out more HGH.
So, if you enjoy gardening, or dancing in the living room or walking
up and down the stairs, do it for ten minutes to reap the youth-enhancing
benefits.
