a) Eat This Sandwich-
A Tuna Sandwich. Or any type of fatty fish (salmon, trout, mackerel
sardines or cod). Fish is high in omega-3 fatty acids and when the body
doesn’t have enough, trouble concentrating and not being able to focus are
sure to occur. Omega-3’s help build brain cells and improve their ability
to communicate with one another.
Also helpful: If you’re a pregnant mom and want to give your child a head start
in the intelligence department, it’s recommended you eat fish.
And as they get older, make sure they (the kids) eat fish a few times each week.
One last tip: If you do plan on eating tuna sandwiches, make sure you
eat it with foods that complement the sandwich. In other words: avoid having
your tuna sandwich with potato chips, white bread, tons of mayo, a sugary dessert
and a sweet beverage-(a can of pop).

b) The Safer and Natural Adderall-
If you’re a regular here, then that means you’re seeing the Sun in a quite
a few posts, and for good reason: It works on a number of health issues and
adult ADHD is one of them. Spending 15 to 30 mins. outside (without sunscreen)
can help soothe symptoms of ADHD as effectively as prescription meds, (Adderall).
Exposing oneself to the Sun improves brain function and focus.

c) Moving More-
Another reason to get moving-it’ll help you focus and concentrate.
Walking for 30 mins. or dancing for 30 mins. helps clear your head
and increase focus and concentration for 60 mins. straight.
Exercise ramps up the brain’s production of endorphins, brain-soothing
natural compounds that allow you to ignore all of the outside distractions.

d) Take This Nutrient-
Zinc. Take a supplement or eat more beef, lamb, pork, or poultry
and you’ll improve your ability to use dopamine, a hormone that
allows you think more clearly and reduces your impulsive tendencies.
If you’re not a meat eater, ask your doctor if it’s okay to take 15 to 30 mg.
of zinc.

That’s it- and if these 4 tips don’t help you in any way, see
a trained specialist. One who works with those suffering from
ADHD.
