Asian Beauty Secret!

When it comes to Asia and food, what food comes to mind as the most popular?
If you said rice, give yourself a pat on the back and if younger looker skin, hands
and hair is something you’re hoping to achieve, then you may want to use the
popular food item from China.

Well, not exactly, yes the tip does require that you use rice, but more specifically,
rice water.
That’s right, water from rice has healing nutrients and today, many naturalists
use rice water to turn back the clock on skin and hair.

So, if your hands, face and hair are showing signs of aging, do the following…
Soak 1/2 cup of uncooked rice in 2 cups of water for 30 to 60 minutes,
then strain into a jar, and use the water for one of the treatments listed below.

a) Hair Care-
A rice water rinse strengthens hair, thanks to its restorative amino acids and
proteins plus hydrating vitamin E.
To use the rice water, you may want to stand in the shower or over a sink,
and pour some rice water over amp hair, massage in, leave your hair alone
for 10 mins. and then rinse hair with warm water.

b) Aging Hands-
Although the face and neck get most of the attention when one thinks of aging,
millions are now trying to turn back the clock on their hands.
To use rice water on your hands, pour 2 cups of rice water into a big bowl and
soak your hands for 15 to 20 mins, after that, pat your hands dry and apply your
favorite moisturizer.
Rice water works thanks to antioxidants which pulls moisture into skin
to smooth crepiness, while its linoleic acid moisturizes.

c) Youthful Eyes-
Another concern as people age: Puffy and wrinkled eyes.
Rice water has anti-inflammatory properties that reduce puffiness, while
its skin-brightening enzymes fade dark circles.
To use the rice water, cover the eyes with a cloth soaked in rice water.
Leave the cloth on your eyes for 5 minutes.

d) All-Over Body Tonic-
If you notice other signs of aging, say the chest area, back of the neck
or your thighs, you can get naked and apply some rice water to these areas,
leave on for 5 to 10 minutes and then step into a shower or a bath and
wash off the rice water.
