The Importance of Eating Breakfast At This Time!
It’s been a subject of interest for quite some time, the subject: Is eating
breakfast in the morning really important?
Well, according to new research it may be, why?
Having an early breakfast may help prevent type-2 diabetes.
New research says that those who had their first meal before 8 AM
were 35% less likely to develop diabetes than those who eat a later breakfast.
The researchers say delaying or skipping meals can raise blood-sugar and insulin
levels, which increases your risk of developing diabetes.
And lastly, the researchers didn’t say whether having eggs and bacon, a fruit
smoothie, donuts or sugary cereals made a difference in whether or not
one got diabetes. To protect yourself and lower your odds of getting type-2
diabetes, it’s probably smart to choose healthier options. Oatmeal, egg and
veggie omelets, fruit bowls and green smoothies.
