If you’re a fan of the superstore Aldi, then you’ll really be pleased with a new
frozen food that not only tastes great, but it’ll also help boost memory.

Boost Memory?
Yes, and the frozen food item that’ll help boost memory is the Whole and Simple
Southwestern Style Chicken Quinoa Bowl.

And the food from this tasty dish that’ll boost memory is Quinoa.

That’s right, the filling protein from the whole grain can keep your brain
in tip-top shape. Researchers say that whole grains enhance blood sugar
control to keep brain nerves functioning at their peak performance, cutting
memory blips in half.

So, if you’re a fan of quinoa and want to keep your memory in great shape,
then you must head to Aldi, (the frozen food section) and pick up a few boxes
of the Chicken Quinoa Bowls, which consist of quinoa and brown rice,
and combined with bite-sized pieces of chicken breast, sweet potatoes,
black beans, corn and bell peppers and it’s all smothered in a slightly
spicy chipolte sauce.

And if you’re a fan of stuffed peppers and have some extra time,
you can make the following dish made with peppers and quinoa
and keep your memory intact this way.

The recipe:
Quinoa Stuffed Peppers

The combination of spinach and feta cheese team up with
the whole grain quinoa to make a delicious and filling dish.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of quinoa
1 large lemon
5 Large Bell Peppers
1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup of crumbled feta cheese, 4 to 5 oz.
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
2 scallions
2 Tbs. of Olive oil
To make:
Cook quinoa according to package directions.
Drain if needed. Grate 1 1/2 tsp. of lemon zest
and squeeze 1 Tbs. of the juice over the quinoa.
Halve the peppers and remove the seeds.
In a bowl, combine the spinach, feta, parsley, scallions,
oil, quinoa, lemon juice and zest, and salt and pepper 1/4 tsp.
of each. Dividing evenly, fill peppers with spinach mixture.
You can cook these peppers in the oven (at 350*F) for 30
minutes or use an air fryer.
To use an air-fryer, just place the crisper plate in the basket of
a 7 qt. air-fryer; coat with cooking spray. Place the basket in
the air-fryer; heat to 325*F. In batches, air-fry peppers until
lightly browned and peppers are crisp-tender. 10 minutes.
Remove the air-fryer and cut the peppers in half.
