Sleep through the night with a green juice or smoothie.

Food is sometimes recommended as a way to help those suffering from
Insomnia.
Foods like bananas, oatmeal, cherries, navy beans, whole wheat toast
and milk are the foods that are the most popular and if you’re having
trouble sleeping and want a healthy (green) drink instead, try a juice
or smoothie.

That’s right, the two beverages are quite popular as go-to drinks
for weight loss, but today, researchers say they may also help
end insomnia.

The researchers say that blended fruits and vegetables
will reach the bloodstream quicker and tame the sleep-sapping
inflammation in less than 3 months.

So, if you’re a fan of smoothies and green juices for weight loss,
have one an hour before bed and put an end to the frequent wake-ups
and the tossing and turning.

Another tip:
Make sure your green juice (or smoothie) has one or two green veggies
and some fruit.
Recommended Smoothies:
* A handful of kale and spinach, 1 cup of coconut water and some
dark cherries.
* A handful of Arugula and spinach with 1/2 banana and almond milk.
