Drink your way to a flatter belly.

If you’re like most Americans, then you worry about gaining weight
come Winter time.
You know, the endless supply of goodies from Halloween right up until
Valentine’s day can wreak havoc on our waistlines, and if you want to
fight it this year, make sure to eat or drink the fruit that’s as popular in
small town Pennsylvania as it is Beverly Hills, California.

The Fruit:
An Avocado.
That’s right, loved by everyone from football star Tom Brady to stay-at-homes
Moms around the U.S.

And why is it so effective at helping you shed belly fat?
Avocados are rich in omega-9 fatty acids, healing fats that increase the
activity of your cellular engines, (known as mitochrondria).
Eating as little as 1/2 of an avocado each day can help you lose up 1
pound of belly fat each week.

And if you’re okay with your weight, eat some avocado each day to
increase energy levels and protect yourself against colds, flu and even
Co-Vid 19.

Energy Boosts-
Avocados contain ample amounts of potassium, a mineral that kick-starts
the production of the energizing hormone dopamine.

Say No To Colds, Flus and Co-Vid-19-
Avocados are loaded with vitamin K-2, which improves recovery outcomes
in folks with Co-Vid-19 by up to 70%. Vitamin K nourishes and strengthens fibers
in the lungs to protect against damage caused by the virus.
