Do you need a drink idea that’ll make this Valentine’s day a roaring success?
No problem, listed below are 4 recipes for decadent chocolate truffle cocktails.

Chocolate truffles?
Yes, they’re know for their silky textures and decadent flavors, which translate perfectly
into cocktails.

Recipe no. 1-
For those who love creamy white chocolate.
Chocolate Silk Truffle Cocktail!
This drink is like a whipped mousse truffle, light and airy.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. of chocolate liqueur, such as Godiva, 1/2 oz. whipped cream vodka
or vanilla-flavored vodka, * 1/4 oz. white creme de cacao, 1 oz. cream, truffle or
chocolate shavings.
To make:
Start by combining chocolate liqueur vodka, creme de cacao and cream in a
cocktail shaker filled halfway with Ice.
Shake well; strain into glass. Garnish with truffle or chocolate shavings
* Vanilla-flavored vodka. If you’re not able to locate vanilla-flavored vodka anywhere,
just add a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract to regular vodka.

Recipe No. 2-
For those who love fruity flavors.
White Chocolate Strawberry Truffle Cocktail!
This drink is a fresh berry flavor enveloped in creamy white chocolate. The strawberries
will counter some of the sweetness in the drink.
Ingredients:
2 Strawberries, (fresh or frozen), 1/2 oz. of simple syrup,* 1 1/2 oz. of white chocolate liqueur,
1/2 oz. of whipped cream vodka or vanilla-flavored vodka, 1/2 oz. of cream, 1/4 oz. of lemon
juice, 1 fresh strawberry.
To make:
Start by muddling the strawberries in a small bowl with the simple syrup; set aside.
In cocktail shaker filled halfway with Ice, add white chocolate liqueur, vodka, cream,
lemon juice and muddled strawberries. Shake well; strain into cocktail glass. Garnish
with a strawberry (or two).

the search bar.

Recipe No. 3-
For those who love sweet and salty recipes.
Amaretto and sea salt play off the rich cocoa flavor, while the coconut water adds
an extra touch of nuttiness.
Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate syrup, sea salt, 1 1/4 oz. chocolate liqueur,
3/4 oz. amaretto and 3/4 oz. coconut water.
To make:
RIm a glass with syrup, then dip into sea salt. Combine chocolate liqueur
amaretto and coconut water in cocktails shaker filled halfway with Ice.
Shake well; strain into the glass.

Recipe No. 4–
Love chocolate and wine? Then you need this drink.
Ingredients:
Cocoa powder, 1 1/2 oz. of chocolate liqueur, 1/2 oz. spiced
rum, 1/2 oz. port, 1/2 of cream, truffle.
To make:
Rim a glass with cocoa powder. In cocktail shaker filled halfway with Ice,
add chocolate liqueur, spiced rum, port and cream. Shake well; strain into
glass.Garnish with truffle or chocolate shavings.

To make two or more drinks, just double or triple the recipes.

Recipe No. 5-
Need more chocolate or for those who don’t drink, here’s a recipe for
homemade truffles.
Ingredients:
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 Tbs. of butter, 1 Tbs. of heavy cream,
crushed nuts or toppings (optional)
To make: Melting chocolate and butter in double boiler, stir until smooth.
Stir in cream. Pour mixture into bow; cover and freeze until set but not
frozen. Line baking sheet with wax paper. For each truffle, roll 1/2 Tbs.
mixture into ball, then in toppings, (if desired). Place on wax paper and
chill until set. Enough for 12.
Refrigerate extra truffles up to a week.

Additional Information:
It’s okay to treat yourself and your loved to these special treats once a year
or once a month, but If you must have a drink-make it a shot, a beer or a glass of red
