For a golden finish, brush with the optional beaten egg. Add
desired toppings. Arrange on a lined tray misted with cooking spray.
Bake at 350*F until done, 18 to 22 mins.

For upgraded and more flavorful dough, mix 1 cup of self-rising flour,
1/2 cup of drained Greek yogurt, 1 egg and 1 tsp. of instant yeast.
Cut into 4 pieces. Shape and top as above. Bake at 375*F until
golden, 15 to 18 minutes.
