Hollywood Confidential, Stars Tell All!

If you’re wondering how some of your favorite female stars maintain their
weight and look so good well into their 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and even 70’s, don’t
believe the hype that’s usually circulating out there.

What type of hype?
They do with it cosmetic surgery, (Botox, Fillers) tummy tucks and strict
vegan diets.
Yes, some do, but many are disciplined and rely solely on exercise, some diet
tweaks, journaling and meditation, and if you too, are in this age range
and want to look and feel as good as they do, use their secrets listed below.

a) Patricia Heaton-
Popular star of two hit comedies (“The Middle and Everybody Loves Raymond”)
is now able to eat healthy thanks to her sons leaving home.
Ms Heaton explains that since she and her husband are home alone, she
no longer has to cook (and be tempted by) the diet most teenage boys want,
(burgers, fries, pizza, shakes and cookies). Ms. Heaton and her husband
now eat mostly chicken, salmon, greens, overnight oats and soups, (lentil).
And her one big indulgence: Frozen fudge bars. Ms. Heaton says that
it’s one of her favorite childhood treats and at only 60 calories per bar,
she doesn’t have to fret over it (the fudge bars) giving her a pot belly or
bigger thighs. Look for CarbSmart fudge bars at any grocery store.

b) Lisa Rinna-
It seems Ms.Rinna has always been lean and healthy and her secrets:
Dance and lemon water. Thanks to her stint on “Dancing with The Stars”
Ms.Rinna uses dance for more than just staying lean, she uses it to
combat sadness and mild bouts of depression, (The Pandemic)
and as for the lemon water: She says it helps her stay hydrated, keeps
her skin youthful and flushes toxins out of her system.
She now adds Paul Newman’s Lemonade for more flavor.

c) Fran Drescher-
You may remember her from the hit show “The Nanny” well at 64, she still
looks and feels incredible and her secret is one that has taken the dieting
world by storm, what is it? Intermittent fasting.
Yes, eating all of your meals between a certain time (say 12, 16 or even 20
hours). Ms. Drescher usually stops eating by 6:00 pm, but should a hunger
pang strike, she’ll eat some organic fruit, usually a bowl of blueberries.
Her other secret: She’s a walker, and she uses it not only to lose and maintain
weight, but to help alleviate stress.

d) Marlee Matlin-
The Oscar winning actress and mom of four is a big believer in
a big breakfast and not big as in waffles and bacon
or an omelet with cheese and ham, no- her breakfast consists
of egg whites, mushrooms, feta cheese and some vegetables.
This breakfast is loaded with selenium, a nutrient that regulates
thyroid hormones for all-day energy.
Her other secret: She loves fruit. Fruit with a little peanut butter or
honey on it.

e) Tanya Tucker-
If you were around in the 80’s then you’re well aware that Ms. Tucker
was as popular as Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift are today and her
secret to for keeping fat from finding its way onto her body is
gluten-free snacks. Ms. Tucker says eating Southern favorites
like biscuits and banana pudding only causes instant weight gain, so
she now indulgences in foods and snacks that are gluten-free.
She uses gluten-free flour to make banana pudding and loaves of bread.
Her other secret: Mexican food. She loves salsa and corn chips (gluten-free)
and guacamole and queso dips.

That’s it, 5 stars who managed to age well in Hollywood with their figures
and youthiness intact.
