A tip for those who are too busy for a morning smoothie.
Turn your smoothie into breakfast-to-go with these 2 tips:
* Choose the right container:
If your smoothie is extra thick-choose a lidded, wide mouth
coffee cup or Mason jar, which makes it easier to sip.
For a thinner smoothie: go for an insulated travel cup with
a straw to prevent spills and keeping it cool.
* Make It Fresh:
The nutrients in your smoothie begin to break down after you process
them in a blender, so make your smoothie just before you leave
the house for the most health benefits.
