Preserve Your Eyesight With Food!

Dark leafy greens, kale, collards, turnip greens or Swiss chard,

1/4 cups of berries, blueberries, raspberries or strawberries.
* If you use the yogurt- add some green tea or water 1 cup,
to make the ingredients move more smoothly when juicing.

seconds or until smooth.

your eyesight. What is it?
Move.
It’s doesn’t have to be a marathon, but any kind of movement
for 15 to 20 minutes a day.
Do things like dance around your living room, sweep, vacuum
and do laundry, walk on a treadmill or walk around the neighborhood.
People over the age of 55, who moved more, lowered their risk of
macular degeneration by 40%.
By moving a little each day, you improve blood flow not only
to your heart, but your eyes as well.
