Eat This To Ward Off Diabetes!
The number of Americans who have diabetes is in the
millions, and something even more astonishing:
the number of Americans who may be pre-diabetic may
also be in the millions.
If you’re in the latter group and want to avoid becoming
a diabetic, you may want to start eating the soup
that Asian healers have prescribed for thousands of years.
The soup:
Bian-que!
A delicious, easy-to-make 3 bean soup.
In some parts of China, residents live well
into their 90’s and beyond, without any of the
health issues (heart disease, cancers, strokes,
dementia, or diabetes) and many have used beans
as their main source of protein.
And today, researchers have taken a
new look at this soup and discovered
that it not only treats diabetes, it can also
reduce your risk of ever getting it.
How is soup able to do that?
It helps to normalize insulin and blood-sugar levels.
So, if you’re in need of a soup recipe to ward of the
remaining weeks of Winter and you also want the
added bonus of warding off diabetes, write down the
