Low-Carb Keto recipes for people who love to eat.

If you’re on the immensely popular keto diet and are running out of recipes

that contain 5 ingredients or less.

The recipes are all under 50 grams of carbs and under 20 grams of net carbs.

Recipe No. 1-
Chaffles!
There’s no need to give up your Sunday morning waffles, just use this 2
ingredient recipe that not only tastes great, but are great for your waistline
as well.
To make:
Whisk 2 eggs and 1 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or
Monterey Jack) together in a bowl. Spray the waffle iron or (skillet)
with cooking spray (Pam) and cook until golden brown. Makes
about 4 chaffles. Top with low-cal syrup, mixed berries (that have been up
on the stove, or low-cal jam).

Recipe No. 2-
Caprese Wrap!
To make:
Fill toasted low-carb tortillas with fresh mozzarella balls, halved grape
tomatoes and fresh basil; drizzle with olive oil and a little salt and pepper.

Recipe No. 3-
Easy Keto Scampi!
To make:
In a skillet, place a Tbs. of butter and some minced garlic.
Add 1/2 lb. of deveined shrimp; cook until done, 2 to 4 mins.
Add salt and pepper; serve with cauliflower rice.

Recipe No. 4-
2 Ingredient Brownies-
No need to worry about your blood sugar rising (diabetes) with this
2 ingredient dessert.
To make:
Melt 1 1/2 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips. Cool slightly.
Whisk in 6 well-beaten eggs. Bake in a greased 8″ pan at 350*F,
for 25 to 30 mins.

Recipe No. 5-
90 Second Bread!
Did you think your days of having a slice of bread were over?
Not so, make this great tasting low carb Keto bread.
To make:
This bread is light, airy and perfect for toast.
Ingredients:
1 Tbs. butter, melted
3 Tbs. superfine blanched almond flour
1 tsp. of golden flaxseed meal
1/2 of baking powder
1 large egg
To make:
Mix all ingredients, plus a little salt in a bowl until smooth. Divide
batter between two 4″ ramekins. Microwave until firm, about
1 1/2 minutes. To remove from the ramekins, just run a knife around
each loaf and flip onto a plate. Cut in half to make four slices.
Top with a “keto-friendly” topping.
No ramekins around? Use your muffin pan and make “mini bread” muffins.
