If you plan on serving adult beverages this year, why not use the Fall flavors to make
such drinks.

You know, pomegranates, apples and pecans, or more specifically, a martini that tastes
like a slice of pecan pie or a margarita that contains pomegranates.
And if there’s any guilt about drinking beverages that resemble desserts, remember this:
medical professionals now say that 1 drink a day can actually improve your health and
may even help you live longer.

So, if you’re game and want to switch up the drink menu this year, here are 3 recipes
for adult beverages that you and your guests will love.

Recipe No. 1-
Pomegranate Margarita!
This drink is sweet, tart and salty and it will definitely get any party started.

pomegranate juice. Shake vigorously; strain into glasses and top with a splash of
club soda. Serves 2.

Recipe No. 2-

donuts and apple cobbler, instead drink something that resembles your favorite
apple dessert for far fewer calories.

1 oz. of schnapps and 2 tsp. of half-and-half. Shake vigorously; strain into ice-filled
glasses and garnish with crushed graham crackers. (this is the crust)
* Apple Cider- If you have any leftover apple cider (not vinegar) feel free to use
it here, or apple juice.
* Vanilla Vodka- Not able to find vanilla vodka? Just use a tsp. of vanilla extract.
Serves 2

Recipe No. 3-
Pecan Pie Martini!
This drink actually uses pecans so you’ll feel like you’re really having a piece of
the real pie.
To make:
In an ice-filled shaker, mix 2 oz. of vanilla vodka, 3 Tbs. of pure maple syrup
and 1 oz. of dark rum. Shake vigorously, strain into glasses. Top with lightly
whipped cream and a mixture of finely chopped pecans and crushed graham
crackers.
Serves 2.

That’s it, your recipe for 3 adult beverages that can be served right up until
Valentine’s Day.

Cheers to you and your loved ones.
