a) Get Outdoors-
Yes, another tip telling you to get outside and absorb some of that sunlight.
The sun helps the liver shed up to 50% of its fat stores.
Researchers say that UV rays spur skin to make vitamin D, which activates
liver enzymes that burn fat for fuel.

e) A Simple Recipe For Guacamole-
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
2 Tbs. of lime juice
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
1 scallion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. of fresh tomatoes, chopped
To make:
Remove the pits from the avocados, and then dice them up.
Place the avocados and lime juice in a food processor, pulse
until coarsely chopped.
Add the rest of the ingredients, (not the tomatoes) and pulse until
blended but still slightly chunky. Transfer to a bowl, Stir in the tomatoes
and serve with cut up vegetables, (celery or carrot sticks) or with gluten-free
or sweet potato chips.
