The memory-robbing disease known as Alzheimer’s is a concern for
a large portion of the population and if it (Alzheimer’s) concerns
you, then use some of the latest remedies recommended by
some of the best doctors in the country.

The Latest Remedies:
a) Go For a Walk-
It’s not necessary to run long distances or weight lift for
hours on end, new research says that a 20 min. walk a few times
a week, is enough to help cut future memory problems by 25%.
b) Vitamins-
C and E. You may be taking vitamins already, but if you want to
lower Alzheimer’s risk take vitamins C and E.
Both vitamins prevent brain damaging inflammation
in the brain, plus help repair aging brain cells.
Make sure to check with your doctor before taking
any type of supplement.
c) Supplemental Help For The Elderly-
Vitamins C and E are beneficial, but for those 45 and older,
ask your doctor about taking CoQ10.
Keeping your pressure low prevents damage to your brain’s
blood vessels, a key to keeping your brain sharp.
If you are suffering from high blood pressure, CoQ10 may help
lower it. CoQ10 relaxes artery walls, which lowers blood pressure.
Look for the top quality CoQ10–Life Extension Super Ubiquinol-
CoQ10. Get it online at LEF.om/ww or go to VitaminShoppe.com.
d) Sleep This Way-
Do you sleep on your back? Or are you a sleep on your stomach type?
Well, if Alzheimer’s is a concern, sleep on your side.
Side sleeping helps your brain flush away harmful brain plaque, cutting
the risk of Alzheimer’s by 30%.
e) Brushing and Flossing-
Another reason to keep your teeth and gums healthy, it helps
prevent Alzheimer’s by 40%. Brushing and flossing prevents bacteria
buildup before it can travel to your brain.
f) Drink Up-
Drinking 2 to 3 cups a day revs the flow of oxygen and nutrient-rich blood
to your brain by 25%, staving off brain aging and boosting focus, short term
memory and concentration. Green tea contains an antioxidant (EGCG),
which is proven to also help keep your heart young.
g) A Food Tip-
If you’re wondering where the food (grocery) tips are, here’s a
cake recipe, no- not a cake that’s sweet or made with flour, but one made
with fish, salmon.
This salmon dish will keep your mind youthful and free of plaque
buildup and lower your Alzheimer’s risk by 60%.
