Recipe No. 1-
Almond Thyme Dressing!
Almond butter infuses this dressing with rich flavors and prebiotic fibers
that nourish beneficial bacteria in the gut, slashing bloat by 40%.
To make:
In a jar (with a tight-fitting lid), combine 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond butter,
l clove of minced garlic, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 Tbs. of honey, 1 tsp.minced thyme
and 2 Tbs. of hot water, (or more to reach the desired consistency you prefer) Close
up the jar and shake vigorously.
Use this bloat-busting dressing as a marinade for chicken or beef kebabs, or pour
it on a dish of coleslaw.

Recipe No. 2-
Lemon-Turmeric Vinaigrette!
Safflower oil is the star of this dressing and it contains something called
linoleic acid, a type of fatty acid that spurs muscle cells to burn abdominal
fat for fuel, an effect shown to reduce belly-fat stores by 10% in about
3 to 4 months.
To make:
In a jar, combine juice of 2 lemons, 1 tsp. of turmeric, 1 tsp. of cumin,
1/4 tsp. of red pepper flakes and 1/4 cup of safflower oil, close the jar
and shake. Use this on a couscous salad or regular salad along with baked
chicken or rotisserie chicken.
