Non-Food Tip!

by playing some happy music–upbeat, high energy classical songs like
Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons (Spring).
Researchers say this type of music improves your brain’s flexible thinking
ability, enabling you to come up with innovative ideas and unexpected
solutions to problems, (math and science problems).
