And now- how some of the stars (ingredients) in this dish, help you
maintain your gorgeous crown. (hair)
* Pork-
Eat pork, lean beef, seafood, turkey, chicken, eggs or beans
speed hair growth. Hair is 97% protein, and without enough protein from
foods like turkey, pork or beef, your body rations it by shutting off
non-essential functions like hair growth. As a result, your body can’t
replace the hairs you shed naturally, and what’s left is dry, brittle and weak.
* Tomatoes-
To absorb more iron from the pork or beef, eat tomatoes if hair growth
is a concern. Doing this can reverse thinning in less two months.
You can also combine iron-rich foods with strawberries, bell peppers
and orange juice.
* Sweet Potatoes-
High in beta carotene and vitamin A, both of which shuts down the
production of hair-wrecking oxidation, keeping hair follicles
strong and healthy.
And lastly, if you’re experiencing thinning hair, here are 4 non-food tips to
help you overcome it.
* Avoid Crash Diets-
Going below 1,000 calories shocks the body, and causes hair to fall out.
* Lower Stress Levels-
If you’re more stressed the last few months or this past year,
go online to youtube.com, and find some natural solutions to help
you overcome it. Keep a gratitude journal, walk outdoors for 30 mins,
play with animals or watch videos of dogs and cats.
* Iron Levels-
Ask your doctor to check your iron levels, you may be anemic.
Another suggestion: Have your thyroid checked.
* Get More D-
Mentioned earlier, walk outdoors, but make sure to do it,
if you’re vitamin D deficient.
And if you’re unable to get outdoors, you may have to take
supplements. Talk to your doctor before taking any type of
supplement.
