We’re still in the middle of the holiday season and for many of us there’s still a
few more weeks of eating and if you’re dreading the scale come January 1st,
there’s some good news.

The good news:
You can lose the weight quickly by eating a rebranded soup that’s been around
for decades.

The Soup:
Cabbage soup. And the new rebranded form of the soup is Keto Cabbage Soup.

That’s right, the keto diet has found it’s way to soup and it’s helping thousands
lose weight quickly and without the cravings and withdrawals that usually
come with most diets.

Why Soup?
It (soup) tricks the body into releasing extra appetite-killing hormones,
allowing you to eat 400 fewer calories, plus it’s impossible to rush through
a bowl of hot soup, so it gives your body time to process those feelings of
fullness. So, you eat far fewer calories without realizing it and are 100% satisfied
with that low-cal bowl of soup.
Plus, soup cuts appetites, revs up metabolisms, releases fat from the fat cells
and significantly improves your overall health.

Why Keto Soup?
This soup gets at least 70% of its calories from fat, no more than 25% from protein
and no more than 5% from carbs. And this newfangled type of soup shifts your
bodies into fat-burning mode.

So, if the pounds creep up this holiday season, don’t despair, just make the
following Keto Soup and watch those pounds disappear in no time.
