If you’re a fan of chocolate then you probably know all about its effects on
your love life.
Yes, chocolate is one of the best known aphrodisiacs available today and
researchers say that women who regularly eat some chocolate are found to
to have more fulfilling sex lives than those who skip the chocolate treats.
And there’s more, chocolate is rich in phenylethylamine, a natural chemical
that causes the brain to release dopamine, a “love” chemical that peaks
during orgasm.
So, if there’s any chocolate leftover from this year’s holiday, save it and make
the following dessert.

The dessert: A low-fat chocolate dip.
The dip is made with chocolate and low-fat cream cheese and can be served
as a topping for oatmeal, millet, pancakes or French toast.
And if you’re concerned about weight gain, just cut up some apples,
strawberries, a pineapple or melon and use them as a scoop to retrieve
some of the dip.
Or avoid all of these tips and just have a tsp. or two an hour before engaging in
“adult” activities.

The recipe:
Low-Fat Chocolate Dip For Valentine’s Day!
The regular dip is about 370 calories per serving and 22 gs. of fat,
but this low-fat version is almost a third of that, 135 calories per serving
and 8 gs. of fat.

Ingredients:
4 oz. of low-fat cream cheese
3/4 cup of semisweet or non-sweet chocolate or choc. chips
1/4 cup of 1% low-fat milk

To make:
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese on high
in 20-second intervals until just warmed and softened; whisk until
smooth. Whisk in choc. and milk; stir until combined and smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl and decide how you’re going to eat it.
Cut up fruit slices or as a topping for cereal or as a stand-alone dessert
like pudding.

That’s it, your guide for using up that leftover chocolate from
Valentine’s day.
