To all of the tea lovers out there if you’re growing tired of Earl Grey or
regular black tea, try the exotic Kombucha tea.

It’s a fermented, lightly effervescent, sweetened black or green tea.
It’s also known as mushroom tea and if slimming down is your
New Year’s resolution, perhaps you should start drinking a glass or
two of Kombucha tea a day.

Kombucha helps with weight loss in three ways, and they are…
* Belly Bloat-
It (kombucha) contains live probiotic cultures (lactobacillus)
that produce short-chain fatty acids shown to soothe gut inflammation.
Studies say that an increased intake of lactobacillus reduced the
severity of bloat in IBS patients by 45% in about 4 weeks.
* Liver Health-
Kombucha reduces liver toxicity by 70%. Credit goes to an organic
acid (glucuronic acid), which binds to toxins in the liver and ushers
them out of the body, freeing up the organ to burn fat more efficiently.
* Block Fat Storage-
Enjoying a cup or two of kombucha tea each day can help melt a menopot
easily. Acetic acid in the tea switches off key fat-storage enzymes–an effect
that helped subjects given acetic acid gain significantly less weight on a
high fat diet than those who didn’t receive it.

Now, onto to the recipes. If you do buy kombucha tea, look for it in different
