Hollywood’s Beverage Rxs For Staying Healthy All Winter!
Cocktails For The New Year!
When celebrities visited Utah’s Sundance Film Festival about a decade ago, many
were concerned about avoiding colds and flu, so a bartender heard their pleas and
put his use of alternative medicine to use and decided to come up with “healthy drinks.”
Healthy adult beverages to be exact.
He said that using fruit and spices not only enhances the taste of the drinks, but also
enhances your immune systems.

immunity and stay cold and flu-free, here are 3 drinks that’ll help you do that.

If you want to make these beverages more powerful taste-wise and health-wise,
add…

system. Look for juices that say 100% real fruit juice on the label.
Or buy a few bags of fresh cranberries (on sale at Aldi or Trader Joe’s)
and make your own cranberry juice.

Black and green tea after they’re brewed, primes your immune system
to fight off infections.
* Ginger-
Activate your T-cells, which destroy viruses by adding ginger to adult beverages,
veggie stir-fries and teas.
* Chili Powder-
If you like things a little hot, good for you, and if use chili or cayenne powder,
you’re increasing your levels of vitamin A, which help you fight off colds and if
