Do you want the white teeth you see from a lot of Hollywood stars?
Well, they may have the funds to have their teeth whitened every
few months, but what about the teeth of the regular Joes and Jills?

Don’t worry, for you there’s something way less expensive and probably
safer and you can find it at your local grocery store.
What is it? Food. And if you’re not sure what foods, just look below.

a) Apples-
You may already be familiar with the saying, “can’t get to a toothbrush, eat an
apple instead.” Why? Apples fibrous pulp acts as a gentle, natural “toothbrush”
that removes surface stains, while the act of chewing boosts saliva production
to reduce bacteria buildup that can yellow teeth.

b) Brush With-
Lemons or Strawberries. Combine 1 tsp. of baking soda
and 2 drops of lemon juice, then brush onto teeth twice a week.
The citric acid in lemons breaks down stains on the enamel and baking
soda’s mild abrasiveness buffs away plaque and other tooth-dulling
buildup.
Be more like Jessica.
Actress, clothing designer, singer and mom Jessica Simpson, says she
stopped using toothpaste years ago in favor of strawberries. Strawberries
contain special compounds that work like lemon juice to prevent or break
down stains on the tooth’s enamel.
Important tip: Now that it’s Spring (almost Summer) buy fresh strawberries,
slice one up, place it in a bowl and rub it across your teeth. Do this
type of cleaning a few times each week.

c) Say Cheese-
Or eating cheese is more like it. Having some hard cheese, (cheddar or Provolone)
prior to drinking a can of cola, a glass of red wine or a cup of coffee will help
prevent stains. The waxy coating from the cheese fills in the teeth’s pores
to prevent unwanted discoloration from attaching to the enamel.

That’s it-
3 food tips to help you get the Hollywood smile you want, and without
making you go broke.
