To make your own homemade jam.

Listed below are 3 recipes using the above-mentioned fruits.

Recipe No. 1-
Peach-Cinnamon Jam!
If you enjoy crostinis and muffins, make this “healthy” jam
to really make these baked goods something special.
To make:
Peel and dice 6 peaches; microwave 2 min. or until soft.
Stir in 2 Tbs. each white chia seeds and honey, 1/2 cinnamon
and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Let cool, transfer to a glass jar;
and chill for 5 hours or overnight before serving.

Recipe No. 2-
Lemon-Blueberry!
Use this jam as topping on a bowl of Ice cream or use it as one
of the layers of your granola-yogurt parfait.
To make:
In a blender, combine 3 cups of blueberries, 2 Tbs. maple syrup or
honey and juice and zest of 1 lemon. Blend until smooth. Stir in 3
Tbs. chia seeds. Transfer to a glass jar and chill at least 5 hours or
overnight before serving.

Recipe No. 3-
Raspberry-Vanilla!
Use this jam as a spread on a serving of toast or add it to a smoothie.
To make:
In a glass bowl, microwave 2 cups of raspberries 1 to 2 mins
or until soft. Mash with a fork, stir in 2 Tbs. of chia seeds and
1 Tbs. each vanilla extract and honey. Let cool; transfer to a glass jar.
Chill at least 5 hours or overnight before serving.
