You’re still not out of the woods when it comes to colds and flu and a great
way to stay healthy is to drink bone broth.

The bone broths aren’t the stars, but are added to other beverages to help
you sail through the Spring and into the Summer feeling your best.

And lastly, in addition to keeping you flu and cold free, bone broth can
also improve your health in other ways like…

a) End Insomnia-
Enjoying a beverage with some bone broth can help you fall asleep
and stay awake. It (bone broth) contains glycine, a nutrient that boosts
the production of relaxing theta brain waves, which help people sleep
55% more soundly within 48 hours of the first taste of the broth.

b) Weight Loss Aid-
If you’re trying to lose a few pounds before the holidays, (Memorial day and
the 4th of July) drink some bone broth. It’s loaded with a trio of nutrients,
(calcium, collagen and glycine) and all three can speed fat burn, increase
detoxification and promote the creation of lean muscle. How effective is
bone broth on weight loss? Drink it daily and you’ll lose 50% more weight
than those who skip it.

c) Ease Achy Joints-
Are you dealing with chronic pain? Drinking a cup (or bowl) of bone broth each
day can slash your risk of joint stiffness by 40% and improve mobility by 35%.
That’s because collagen helps build cartilage, ligaments and tendons that aid
movement, plus it helps to cushion joints.

And now on to the Sips that’ll help you sail healthily into the Spring season.
