Today’s post is all about wraps, a chicken, avocado and corn wrap and
an ingredient in this recipe can help put the brakes on brain aging.
The ingredient:
Arugula.

That’s right, adding more of this green to salads, stews, stir-fries,
burgers and wraps can help preserve your brain.
The nutrients in arugula can make your brain function as if it were
7 years younger and if you add some berries, (blue and black),
dark chocolate, eggplant, egg yolks and 20 to 30 mins. of gentle
exercise (a few times a week), you can have the brain and
memory of someone 20 years younger.

So, if you’re one who wants to reverse brain aging and you enjoy
good food, make the following wrap for lunch, brunch or dinner.

The recipe: Chicken, Avocado and Corn Wraps!
Ingredients:
4 Burrito size tortillas, warmed
4 cups of Baby Arugula
2 cups of cooked chicken, mixture of breast, thighs and legs, chopped
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 cup of corn
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup of chopped red onion
1/2 lemon, quartered
To make:
Place tortillas on flat work surface. Divide arugula, chicken, avocado, corn,
tomatoes and red onion evenly among centers of the tortillas. Squeeze lemon
juice on top. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. of pepper. Roll up tortillas to enclose filling;
cut in half. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill if you don’t plan on eating
right away.
