If you’re a fan of smoothies, be it for convenience, taste or weight loss,
here’s a recipe that’s not only great tasting, it’ll also help you lose
weight, especially belly fat.

The Smoothie:
A PB & J Smoothie.
Yes, the PB and J does stand for peanut butter and jelly and it
(the smoothie) has the perfect balance of creamy butter, raspberries,
apple juice and chia seeds.

The Ingredients:
3/4 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries (no sugar added)
1 Tbs. of natural creamy peanut butter
1 Tbs. of rolled oats
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 Tbs. chia seeds (optional)
3/4 cup of a top-quality apple juice
1/2 cup of Ice

To make:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or juicer, (leave out the Ice)
Blend until smooth, add the Ice and blend for another 30 to 40 seconds.

Benefits of some of the ingredients:
*Raspberries-
Contain a unique compound called ketones that burn the deep
belly fat that’s so hard to lose.
* Chia Seeds-
A tbs. contains 5 grams of fiber and it’s a type of fiber that swells
in your stomach, helping you to feel more satisfied and full very quickly.
* Peanut Butter-
Often criticized as a fattening food, a Tbs, or two a day promotes fullness and
boosts metabolism.
