Go to sleep and stay asleep!

If your sleep is disrupted or interrupted because of a busy mind,
(your mind is thinking about a number of things, mostly negative),
there’s help.

The help isn’t from a doctor’s Rx or over-the-counter med from a drugstore,
but from a popular fruit.
Fruit?
Yes, and the fruit we’re talking about is the wildly popular
and multitasking Avocado.

Give avocados another round of applause for their ability to help
you deal with a health problem holistically, so you don’t have to resort to
something that may be expensive and/or contain a number of side effects.

Why are they (avocados) so effective at shutting down racing thoughts and
negative thinking?
Avocados contain a compound called beta-sistosterol and it acts as a gentle
natural sedative when it soaks into overstimulated brain neurons, it helps you
reduce your risk of destructive sleep by 70%.

So, if your or a loved one is suffering from this, you can start adding a
few slices of avocado to morning toast (avocado toast), or use them to
make guacamole, or dessert- place an avocado in a blender, along with
a banana, some cocoa powder, a tsp. of vanilla extract and some honey,
blend until smooth and eat right away or refrigerate for a few hours or
overnight.

Or you can use your air-fryer to make the latest popular fries: Avocado Fries!
Eat these fried wedges alone or slip them into tortillas for meatless tacos.
To make: Cut an avocado into 12 or more thick slices (about 1/2″ thick)
In a bowl, beat 1 egg. In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup of cornmeal
and 1/2 tsp. each of salt and garlic powder. Dredge the avocado slices
in the egg, then cornmeal mix. In batches, lay in single layer in basket;
air-fry at 400*F for 8 mins. flipping halfway. Enough for 6 to 8 servings.
