The Grocery List Rxs:
a) Mushrooms-
White button, criminis, or portobellas are filling and loaded with
selenium, an essential mineral that can cut your risk of thyroid troubles

within 8 weeks. Citrus is loaded with vitamin C and plant acids, which
work together to help heal a damaged thyroid.

Green veggies and herbs contain carotenoids, (plant compounds)
that prod your thyroid to produce T3, the thyroid hormone most
responsible for boosting metabolism.

about 3 to 4 days a week. Eat herbs like rosemary, parsley and basil
once or twice a week. Greens will boost your energy levels, smooth
your complexion and boost metabolism.
