Have you gotten your vaccination shot for the Coronavirus?
Well, if you plan on getting it in the next week or month,
you may want to continue reading and learn how
some foods will make the shot more effective and
help you avoid the side effects.

Side effects?
Yes, some people claim that after getting the shot,
they’re experiencing sore arms, fevers, chills and headaches.

Why is it happening?
Blame it on Immunity.
These adverse reactions are coming from the inflammation
within your body and not from the vaccination shot.
Your body is reacting to the spike protein and is working
to fight off the simulated infection.

So, if you plan on getting the shot, here’s a list of the best
foods you should be eating (before and after) your Co-Vid-19
shot.

The Best Foods:
a) Salmon.
Preferably wild-caught or any top quality fish that’s
loaded with omega-3 fatty acids. (mackerel, tuna and trout)

b) Bone-Broth.
Extremely popular right now. Researchers say that foods
that have a high water content are especially effective for
building a strong immune system. Not sure how to make it?
Go online to youtube.com and look for a recipe there,
or buy some already-made. Just make sure to read the
ingredients on the back, avoid those that are loaded with
chemicals and loads of salt.

c) Green Tea-
Drink it plain, or with lemon juice.

d) Garlic and Onions-
Add more of these vegetables to your stir-fries, bone broth or soups.

e) Blueberries-
All berries are good for you, but blueberries contain special
antioxidants that really bolster the immune system.

f) Turmeric-
More great news about the benefits of this spice.
Make sure to combine it with a little black pepper, which
makes it more beneficial to your health.

g) Soups and Stews-
Again, eating more foods with a high water content really
improves your immune system.
Important tip: make sure when making soups or stews
to include vegetables and meats that complement
the dishes and your health.
That means- adding beans, broccoli, garlic, onions, carrots,
potatoes, lean beef, chicken, and fish to soups or stews,
and avoid adding heavy creams, fatty meats, milk and
other foods that tear down your immune system.

h) The No-No’s-
This is a list of foods that’ll you should avoid or eat occasionally.
These are the foods that really damage your immune system.
Foods that are overly processed, or made with a number of chemicals,
high in fat, sugar, and salt. Simply put; pastries, white foods (pasta,
rice, sugar and bread) sweet beverages, fatty meats, and foods
fried in tons of oil.

That’s it, make sure when writing out this week’s grocery list to
include the foods mentioned above and also go back and read (or reread)
our post on how other things (not just food) boost your immunity levels.
