Do you enjoy salad a few times a week or even everyday?
Well, what about a salad that doesn’t contain lettuce and
could improve your health?
If you’re game and want to improve your health,
then you may want to try a bean salad.

A bean salad?
Yes, a white bean and tuna salad to be exact.
White beans are loaded with potassium, a vital mineral that
helps wash out the excess sodium in your system helping to
lower blood pressure.
But wait, there’s more, scientists are now saying that potassium can
also help you alleviate pain in your body. Potassium dials down pain
nerve activity and eases aches by about 35%.

So, if you’re suffering from either aches and pains or high blood pressure
