If you’re a man or woman you may be experiencing hair loss and it
concerns you and want to try something natural to stop it,
you may have to wait till Easter.

Easter? Why?
Hair is 97% protein and without enough of it, (protein) your hair rations
it by shutting off nonessential functions like hair growth.
And as a result, your body can’t replace the hairs you shed naturally, and
what’s left is dry, brittle and weak.

So, if you want to eat your way to more gorgeous locks start this Easter and
have ham. Foods like ham, turkey, chicken, steak, pork, eggs (especially the yolks)
and cheese will provide you with enough protein to help reverse the thinning.
And if you’re not a meat, cheese or egg eater, (in other words-a strict vegan)
you may want to talk to your personal physician and ask about taking
an Iron supplement.

And lastly, if you do plan on buying a ham and want a recipe that’ll wow
family and friends, here it is…
The Recipe-Sweet & Tangy Ham!
The stars of this recipe are the spicy mustard and the marmalade.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of orange marmalade
2 Tbs. of Honey Dijon mustard
2 tsp. of dried sage
2 tsp. of dried garlic powder
2 tsp. of balsamic vinegar
1 fully-cooked ham (about 6 to 8 pounds)
Orange or mandarin slices (optional)
To make:
Heat oven to 325*F. Coat roasting pan with cooking spray.
In small bowl, combine marmalade, mustard, sage, garlic powder,
vinegar and 1/4 tsp. of pepper; save 1/4 cup.
Trim fat from the ham to 1/4″ place ham in the pan, cut side down.
Brush ham all over with 1/4 cup of the glaze. Roast until heated through,
about 2 hours and then brush on the remaining glaze and cook for 20 or
30 more minutes. After that, transfer to a serving platter and garnish
with some orange slices.

And if you want to shorten the cooking time-slice half of ham into 1/4″
thick slices and place in a baking dish with 3/4 cup of water. Cover and
bake until hot, about 20 mins. making sure to add the glaze during the
last 5 mins. and if some guests don’t want the glaze-place it in a
small dish and let them pour it on themselves.
That’s it and if you’re able to afford it and you want a ham that’s all-natural,
organic and hormone-free, go online to OrganicPrairie.com and order one.
