If late-night snacking is preventing you from getting the body of your dreams, then
you need to choose desserts that are not only great tasting, but will also help
shut down those hunger pangs, and if you’re not sure what desserts those are,
just continue reading.

Slimming Dessert No. 1-
Frozen Berry Bars!
If you’re a fan of popsicles, you’ll surely love this frozen bar.
To make:
In a blender, mix 2 cups of plain yogurt, 1 1/2 cups of raspberries, (fresh or frozen)
and 2 Tbs. of raw, dark honey. Blend for 30 to 40 secs. and then pour into 8 Ice
pop molds. Freeze for a few hours or overnight.
The slimming “superfood” Raspberries.
Raspberries, (blueberries, blackberries and strawberries) contain special
compounds that reduce hunger-causing blood-sugar swings by 22%.
Another tip: Look for Ice pop molds at dollar stores, Walmart, Target or
larger grocery stores.

Slimming Dessert No. 2-
Nut Butter Balls!
If you’re a fan of granola bars, but hate the preservatives and sugar, make this
low-calorie alternative.
To make:
Mix 2/3 cup of nut butter, 1 cup of old fashioned oats, 2 tsp. of cocoa powder
and 2 Tbs. of raw, dark honey. Roll into 12 balls and roll in a plate of slivered
almonds. Chill for 30 minutes or overnight.
The slimming “superfood”–Oats. The whole grains prompt the stomach to release
hunger suppressing hormones to cut the urge to snack by 75%.

Slimming Dessert No. 3-
Chia Seed Pudding!
No need to give up that favorite comfort food -pudding, just use yogurt and chia seeds.
To make:
In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup of chia seeds, 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of almond
milk, 1 Tbs. of vanilla extract and 2 Tbs. of raw, dark honey. Refrigerate for 5 hours
or overnight. Spoon this pudding into 4 glasses and top with the fruit of your choice.
(raspberries, sliced kiwi, strawberries or sliced oranges).
The slimming superfood: Chia seeds.
The seeds slow the movement of food through
the GI tract, helping you feel satisfied for a few hours.
