2 Soups To Prevent Winter Weight Gain!

The Soups:
a) Lentil Chili Soup!
To make:
Mince and combine 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 zucchini and 3 carrots in a big pot.
Stir in 2 Tbs. of tomato paste, 2 cups of lentils, (clean and remove discolored lentils first),
1 can of roasted tomatoes and 1 quart of veggie broth. Cook for 30 mins. Serve with a
