If you have any leftover eggs from this past Easter, hold onto them and use these
2 hacks to make an egg white omelet or a homemade Egg McMuffin sandwich.

The 2 Hacks:
One is for separating the eggs and the other is for an egg sandwich.

The First Hack:
Separating Eggs-
Don’t you hate it when making a recipe you only need the whites,
(or yolks) and you accidently get some of the white (or yolks)
in the recipe you’re making?
The next time you need only the whites, do this: Crack the egg into a
funnel placed over a glass or measuring cup. The egg whites will easily
slip through the small opening into the glass, leaving the yolk behind
in the funnel’s cup. Then just transfer the yolk to a separate container
before cracking another egg into the funnel to separate.

The Second Hack:
The Perfect Breakfast Sandwich-
If you’re one of the millions that bite into a breakfast sandwich and the
egg whites are hanging off the sides and the yolk is a mess, try this simple
hack to put an end to it.
Place a 1/2″–thick onion or pepper ring in the skillet, then crack the egg
inside. The veggie will keep the whites intact without the yolk spreading-
and give you some extra flavor and crunch.
